Nothing is mandated-the title states:

Bill Encourages Schools To Teach About Racial Significance Of Obama’s Presidency

And in the body of the article we find that:

"The bill asks state education officials to include Obama’s election in history "

"The state Board of Education is expected to update academic standards during the 2015-16 school year and does not have to follow lawmakers’ recommendations."

Sounds like it was nothing more than a recommendation to me...

I don't how with the history of race realtions in this country, a study on the phenomenon of electing our first black president can be dismissed as propoganda. Introducing as a subject of significance only seems like the right thing to do.

Meanwhile, Toyota has joined over 60 companies who have announced they are moving their headquarters out of the State or already have moved them.

Gotta love that Socialism. Commiefornia is creating more unemployed democrat voters than any state in the union. Yay us!!!
