Medicaid benefits will remain for individuals meeting eligibility requirements.
1. Improper expenditures (estimated at $50 billion) will be targeted to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse.
2. Loopholes will be closed to ensure benefits are not received by ineligible individuals, including able-bodied adults who can work but choose not to.
So why would Democrats oppose this?
