From my perspective, Israel's response seems to be spot on.

Israel losing 1300 of it's small population is like the US losing 50,000 of our population. We fought a 4 year World War over 2,400 sailors killed in a surprise attack.

It's just creating an endless cycle of hate. When does it end?

Israel had every right to retaliate & take out Hamas. I support that. But Palestinians in Gaza are NOT Hamas, and casualties are not just those used as human shields.

Israel went too far. The world knows it. People with a basic moral compass know it.

There are no ' two sides '. There are Palestinian defenders of their land and there are genocidal European Zionists attempting to ethnically cleanse them.

' Israel ' exists by nature of misplaced goodwill and billions of dollars of American armaments. By its emulation of Nazism it has forfeited the moral right to exist.

I understand the point that you wish to make, but I simply can't agree with it.

Israelis are on land that was taken from others.
I get that because that describes America as well.

Netanyahu, however, wasn't born until a year after the formation of the Israeli state,
and most of his constituents were born well after that.

All that they know is that they're in a war for survival.
What are the rules for a war of survival?

The Israelis and the Palestinians cannot and will not co-exist.
Endless circle of hate? The hate is a given. No point lamenting it.
One side must win and one must perish.
Just pick a side and stop worrying about inapplicable moral compasses.

I pick Israel.
