I’d say she is echoing a lie but I think Americans know she lies daily covering for Trump, so why bother.
In the world before Trump that could be considered a violation of the Hatch Act, using Government services to promote a political agenda, but as we all know, in Trump’s world, laws don’t count and their Messiah is above any law
