Biden could sort out his objection to Special Counsel, Robert Hur, declaring him "non compos mentis"(the LEGAL term for "insane") very, very simply.

All he would need to do is a agree to having a properly qualified physician administer him a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).

The MoCA questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete and it is the most reliable and accurate test for impaired functioning that exists. It has been in use since the 1970s.

It consists of 30 simple questions. Trump took it when the Democrat media were claining he was crazy and he aced it with a perfect 30 out of 30 score.

There is no way that Biden would pass this test, which is why he has always refused to take it.

If he did take it, he would fail badly and that would confirm what everyone already knows - Biden is a cognitive zombie who is so demented Dr Jill has to wipe his ass every time he takes a shit (on a toilet, that is, not in his pants).


So...if Biden has no issues with his cognitive functioning - as he emphatically claims - why doesn't he quickly clear the matter up by taking a simple, 15 minute, MoCA test?
