Lyn Orletsky, a former math teacher at River Ridge High School, was recently caught on video berating students and chasing them out of her classroom for wearing Make America Great Again shirts.

In the viral video of her unhinged rant, Orletsky was heard comparing MAGA to Nazism: “Just like you cannot wear a swastika to school, you cannot wear Make America Great Again like that.”

The children were humiliated and ordered to leave the classroom.

The Superintendent of Schools apologized for the illegal actions of this hate-filled, abusive woman.

Parents took to social media and demanded that Orletsky be removed from her position for her sick abuse of these children.

That is exactly what has now happened.

“The purpose of this correspondence is to provide you with an update on your child’s math class,” a letter signed by school principal Darrell Herring reads. “Ms. Orletsky no longer is your child’s math teacher, effective immediately.”

Herring also states that all teachers and faculty at River Ridge High School have been reminded of “all federal and state laws restricting political activity among teachers” at public, taxpayer-funded schools.

Vandals caught defacing historic monuments will face jail time and hefty fines if convicted, under tough new laws being introduced by the Australian government.

Century-old statues of explorer Captain James Cook will be amongst the first items placed on the National Heritage List and automatically protected by law under the scheme.

Several monuments and statues of Captain Cook, the first European to fully explore and chart Australia’s east coast, were attacked around Australia last month.

At the time, Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said the vandalism – sparked by the high-profile removal of Confederate statues and desecration of memorials to historic figures in the United States – was similar to Soviet times.

“This is what Stalin did,” he said on Facebook.

Does that mean she's no longer the math teacher of the kids she berated or no longer a teacher?

School officials won't comment on personnel issues. A spokeswoman for the Cherokee County School District confirmed that the “letter was approved by the Superintendent of Schools and sent by the Principal to the parents of all students in classes taught by the teacher named in it.”

The letter does not say the teacher was “fired,” just that she wouldn't be teaching the math class.

Just curious. It's the difference from not being able to do it again and being able to do it to a different group the next time.

A federal judge is declining to dismiss cases for more than 200 people charged with rioting on President Trump's Inauguration Day.

Judge Lynn Leibovitz of the District of Columbia Superior Court denied all motions to dismiss the criminal cases filed by defense attorneys who claimed clients could not be tied to specific instances of rioting on Jan. 20.

Other attorneys opposed the indictments by claiming the actions of their defendants were protected under the First Amendment.

the Inauguration Day riot caused over $100,000 in property damage, after rioters broke windows of cars and businesses in the downtown area. Police arrested 234 people in the riot, and there are 194 remaining cases from the incident.

Of those charged, 19 have pleaded guilty thus far. Criminal trials are scheduled into 2018, with the first trial set for November of this year. All were charged on breaking D.C. rioting laws, and some face charges for property destruction.

Ohio is fighting back against illegal aliens who have registered to vote in the Buckeye State, an offense that undermines the integrity of our election system.

A Grand Jury has now returned several individual indictments for illegal voting registration in connection with the election cycles of 2012, 2015, and 2016.

“These newly indicted cases are a compilation of individuals, all of whom falsely registered to vote with the Franklin County Board of Elections by declaring they were United States citizens on their voter registration applications,” Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said.

So far indictments have been returned against the following illegal aliens:

56 year old Ana Matias, 41 year old Irnatine W. Boayue, 33 year old Janitha Rippey, 38 year old Kenyron O. Glasgow, 41 year old Yaakov Menashe Schulman, 56 year old Leslie Caroline Allen, and 59 year old Gilbert A. Brown.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said, “We will continue to work closely with the Secretary of State, Attorney General, and the Franklin County Board of Elections to hold individuals accountable if they engage in illegal voting.”

Included in the charges are indictments for illegal voting, false voter registration, or a combination of both charges.
