Justice Department "MISCONDUCT" in Comey Case

The ones Trump put in power will likely face bar charges. The incompetence of this administration is monumental. He put people in charge who will blindly follow his orders. He did not install them based on talent and experience. So his clown show strikes again.
Let's hope Presidential pardons won't save them from disbarment...or state charges.

Trump is not stupid.

It is the hubris of self-arrogance that is pulling him into the pit.
I'm not so certain. I think a combination of physical and mental health issues are catching up to him. The stress of the Epstein Files is showing on him and his staff.

All those issues, DU, does not negate that he is not intelligent.

He may be stupid in the sense that he cannot learn from his errors.

This is just what Adolf Hitler did.

I dare these swamp creatures to throw out the case on procedural grounds

Americans are getting sick of this toxic bullshit and the teflon status of the political elite
Procedure that is there to prevent inappropriate prosecution.

Such as telling the jury not to worry if they haven't seen any evidence, they can assume the government is saving it for the trial.
Exactly. And, if he fails to testify, you will know he is guilty.

There is no specific crime alleged. That is beyond "procedural grounds." It is what is the most basic thing in an indictment.
bullshit

the procedural argument is the indictment had two crimes, but they removed one. the Forman and one juror was aware of this, the full panel was not

your obfuscations are laughable
