I can't speak to who he/she/it might be in real life, as I don't have access to that kind of info, and I really don't give a shit anyways. I don't obsess over such things, and I sure as hell am not a stalker.

(it was actually a really nice town to grow up in; southern charm with northern business-like bustle)

that is a LOT of homicide for 660k population!
