Yes, I have heard of it, and even use it, I just didn't understand how you can live your whole life and pay all of your bills that way. But after thinking about it, I guess you could, if you were very determined to live outside the mainstream. And never order anything online. Which is fine. To each their own.

Oh. I just don't know how you can pay things like your phone bill or electric bill in cash, but I guess you can if you are willing to drive down to their main offices every month.

it actually has been forced upon me. thats what happens when you've had to use your entire credit line/score and every dime of your money just to keep your spouse alive. silly me, I should have been more interested in 2.5 percent interest.
