SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A federal judge in San Francisco ordered President Donald Trump’s administration to rehire thousands, if not tens of thousands, of probationary workers let go in mass firings across multiple agencies, blasting their tactics Thursday as he slowed the new president’s dramatic downsizing of the federal government.

Dont need a reason to fire probationary workers

Probationary employees, however, do not have “due process” rights, meaning an agency can terminate the employee with only a written reason for the termination and the date effective — which could be as soon as “effective today.”

Activist judges aren't the Executive Branch. The plenary power of the executive belongs to TRUMP, not to THEM.

I doubt it will last. There's nothing that lower courts can do that cannot be overturned on appeal. Shoot last time I said this some leftist told me that there was no way to appeal it, then literally minutes later it was overturned.

At least your contempt for rule of law is in the open.

Need to do it legally. Which Trump did not do.
He has the PLENARY POWER to do so. He IS the Executive. SCOTUS has already affirmed this constitutional truth.

These activists on lower courts just don't like what Trump is doing, so they're making it difficult for him to do his constitutional duty as the Executive.

Not what it means.
SCOTUS says otherwise.
The Constitution of the United States says otherwise. (See Article II).
President has no right to violate the Constitution.
Trump utilizing his plenary power as Executive is not violating the Constitution. In fact, it is adhering to the Constitution.

Libtard activists in black robes (who mislabel themselves as "judges") are NOT the Executive Branch.
