Judge orders Biden to re-implement Trump border policy

Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against Joe Biden saying the Biden administration “unlawfully tried to shut down the legal and effective Remain-in-Mexico program.” A judge agreed and ordered the policy to be re-implemented "until such a time as it has been lawfully rescinded in compliance with the [Administrative Procedure Act] and until such a time as the federal government has sufficient detention capacity to detain all aliens subject to mandatory detention under Section 1255 without releasing any aliens because of a lack of detention resources.”

I must admit I'm not a fan of the judiciary telling the executive branch what it must do but what Brandon is doing to this country is an abomination and needs to be stopped.
