There are some problems with your argument in that it isn't supported by facts.
1. No evidence that Wade was Fani's boyfriend when hired.
2. Wade was hired to oversee the lawyers on the case, not be the only lawyer arguing the case in court. Wade was one of 3 outside lawyers hired.
3. No evidence of Fani profiting from Wade's appointment. In fact the payment to Wade was less than what he could make in private practice.

1. There is testimony from a former friend of Fani that Fani and Wade had a romantic relationship before Wade was hired as SP. There is a text from the former law partner where he said Fani and Wade had a romantic relationship before the SP was hired. (DANG) There were over 200 phone calls and 10,000 texts between Fani and Wade before the SP was hired. And there is cell phone data that places Wade at Fani's location at least 35 times before Fani hired Wade.

1. The testimony isn't very credible since the "witness" was fired and had not actually witnessed anything. The author of the texts under oath said it was nothing but speculation. People that know each other and work together often text or call each other particularly when they do not share an office.
2. Really? Care to provide evidence that he is the lead lawyer? Did he sign every document filed with the court? Wouldn't a lead attorney be doing that?
3. Do you have evidence she didn't pay him back? The way the law works is you can't assume a crime. You have to have actual evidence of the crime not idle speculation.
