Comey had to use the synonymys of "extremely careless,"instead of "grossly negligent," to describe her actions so that he wasn't forced to indict her and unless you believe that she is suffering from amnesia then she obstructed justice with her 40 "I don't recalls'," the law does not apply to Hillary and if Oliver really thinks that the American people are dumb enough to believe that no wrong doing was found then he can swim his ass right back across the Atlantic.
