John Bolton one of the candidates on the Trump short list for Secretary Of State, said today on the Fox News program “Out Numbered,” He thinks that all of the States laws that legalize marijuana are unconstitutional.

One has to wonder if Bolton ever actually read the Constitution, especially the 10th amendment. My contrary opinion to Bolton’s, regarding the Constitution’s directive regarding State legalized marijuana is that the federal prohibition law related to marijuana is what’s unconstitutional. The proof of my opinion is of course the often ignored 10th amendment that guarantees the States the power to regulate and legislate such issues as marijuana while denying a power to the federal government to legislate anything not authorized as a power of the feds by the Constitution.

More proof that Bolton is “full of it,” is the fact that historically the feds found it a necessity to pass an amendment to the Constitution to prohibit the transportation and sale of alcohol. No such amendment has ever even been sought, let alone passed to allow the feds to constitutionally prohibit any substance, marijuana included.

Darn; the authority on Constitutional matters, the Supreme Court, thinks differently. Therefore, and until then, Bolton is correct an idiots on forums like you are still ranting lunatics on steroids.

I am betting you're a pot head based on your naïve simplistic notions about reality and the Republic. Again, no one cares what you non-voters think no matter how much you yell and stomp your little feety; we picked Trump. Pound sand shit-for-brains!

No link, so I'll have to assume that your assertion is wrong and based on out-of-context.

I'll await with baited breath your constitutional article and or amendment authorizing the federal government to ignore amendment 10 and institute and enforce prohibition of some drugs. While your at it scumbag explain why the feds bothered to pass and have ratified a constitutional amendment to prohibit alcohol when according to your brain-dead opinion they can just do whatever the fuck they want in Washington Willy-Nilly, the Constitution be damned!

Oh! That's right you never have proven a fucking opinion of yours with any relavent evidence, ever, huh asshole?

Can we get a short, televised competition for the State position? They can call it The Diplomatic Apprentice, although Douchbag Donald will be anything but diplomatic. At the end of each segment, he can tell a contestant that they're fired.

Bolton is strictly a TV personality, even when he served as UN ambassador he didn't receive Congressional approval because he got caught lying to the Senate, recess appointment, and since then he just shoots his mouth off on Fox, quite comically I might add

Bolton is a war loving lounge chair warrior. Trump should appoint the bastard Secretary Of Unnecessary, Undeclared, Unconstitutional Fucking WARS!

the belief that the framers of the constitution provided any power to their new central government to prohibit possession of a naturally occurring and growing plant makes you a certified statist moron.

It's because you failed to provide a link.

I gave you the link! Fox News "Outnumbered." If you really wanted too, you could get a transcript. But you really don't want too! You want an excuse to cover for a war mongering rightist. Your excuse shoot the messenger.

I believe the DEA get's it authority over drugs by the Commerce Clause - enumerated powers..

Thankfully Bolton got shut out of any job in the Trump administration, and the states actions are causing de facto legalization
