Pretty obvious the legal games will commence now, which could give the Committee room to extend the investigation till after next November, but it is getting more and more difficult for McCarthy and the others to dodge and deflect away from their roles in the January 6th attempt to subvert and negate the choice of America's voters

Except the likelihood is after November, the Republicans will hold the majority and the committee will be abandoned. Until then, the Jan 6 committee will continue to focus on trying to smear Republicans in any way they can in hopes it helps in November.

Not until January, 2023, lot of time

And the Committee isn't smearing anyone, just uncovering the facts, and it has nothing to do with the upcoming elections, rather finding the truth behind the events of January 6th
