I've been told a Red Wave is coming

Sun Tzu always taught that your opponent should be encouraged to wallow in bad Intel and bogus misinformation

This is how MAGA rubes were duped by tales of gigantic Red Tsunamis -- partsan polling commissioned by Republican organizations skewed the Democrats polling numbers down.

The guy who got the midterms right explains what the media got wrong

The media fell for a false “red wave” narrative.

In the months leading up to the midterms, many pundits and politicians thought that Republicans had momentum enough for big gains at the state and federal levels, enough to count as a “red wave.” But veteran Democratic strategist Simon Rosenberg is one of a few voices in Washington who, despite President Joe Biden’s sagging approval ratings and polls that showed Democrats playing defense on inflation, remained optimistic about the party’s prospects and who was ultimately vindicated by a strong performance.

Polls were misinterpreted

When the polling averages narrowed in the fall, it was partially because partisan polls commissioned by Republican organizations were bringing them down for Democrats. Rosenberg was one of the first to identify the phenomenon, which he described as an “unprecedented campaign by Republicans to flood the polling averages in the final month to create this impression of the red wave.”

I'm still loving the look on their crestfallen little faces that they barely eked out the House and lost the Senate. Impeaching Hunter's laptop is going to be a little harder now.

The football spiking was relentless for about six months until the afternoon of November 8th when MAGAs realized something had gone horribly wrong!

Harder, but McCarthy is having to cut so many deals, it'll still happen. It's a toss up whether Gym Jordan or Margie LASER girl will be in charge of the impeachment.

:)

That's the best part; watching Republicans throw Donnie under the bus. LOL

I am sure the lemming MAGAs on JPP will crawl back to Trump on their hands and knees, until they finally recieve orders from the power brokers in the GOP that it's time to ditch Trump.

Some will, but I doubt most will do so as DeSantis becomes the favored nominee for 2024....and Trump is indicted by multiple states and cities.

The Senate is unchanged and the Dems have lost their ability to pass any bills. That is still worth a end zone celebration. :chicken:

It's true that political allegiance can turn on a dime.

Republicans worshipped George Dumbya Bush right up until early 2008 when it dawned on them he was becoming a political liability. I don't think Bush ever since has even been invited to a GOP Convention to be a keynote speaker.

Regardless, it's good to see prominent Republicans turn against Pedo Don.

If Warnock wins, the Dems have added to their Senate majority.

Biden passed his domestic agenda in the first two years. He doesn't need the House anymore for his primary domestic agenda.

He won't have any problem finding ten Republicans in the House to pass some types of social legislation, like protecting gay marriage.

The Senate is infinitely more important than House, since they uniquely control political appointments and the judiciary.

Celebrates a draw that should have been a win. LOL

Go ahead and do your end zone dance, Dr. Snakeoil. Celebrate your draw. LOL

Incorrect. They can do what they want until Jan.6. Then the reds have to vote 100 percent against Bidens plans every time for 2 years. The reds are not united. They have far-right crazies and moderate Repugs.

Yep. I don't think Impeachment will ever reach the floor of the House. The margin is too slim. There are at least a handful of sane Republicans. That's enough to stop the most idiotic 'investigations'. But I suppose someone will need to toss Jordan a bone so he can gnaw and chew on it for national TV audience. Republicans have no mandate for anything. Which is good, since they also have no ideas.
