Israel destroys Palestinian village for 100th time

Araqib is one of about 40 "unrecognised" Bedouin villages in the Negev, or Naqab, a desert region in southern Israel. While the residents of these villages are full citizens of Israel, the state does not provide water, electricity, infrastructure or sewage systems. The vast majority of these villages also lack basic state services such as schools and health clinics, while their residents are not able to participate in local government or municipal elections.

The dispute between the villagers of Araqib and the state of Israel dates back three generations, and relates to the ownership of the land. Initially established during the Ottoman era, the village's lands were expropriated by Israel under the Land Appropriation Law in 1953, and the villagers were forced to leave.

Israel is a fascist state and racism forms part of its fascist character.

It does not destroy illegal neoZionist squats in Palestinian territory. It repeatedly destroys the homes of Israel's Arab citizens in Israel.

Property is in an inalienable right to rightists. Oh, unless you're a Palestinian, in which case the government should have the right to seize it willy nilly and populate it with it's preferred ethnic group.
 
That's what democracies do after all - seize the lands of minorities and send in settlers from the majority ethnic group to populate it. How could anyone question the fact that Israel is a liberal democracy?

the palestinians (and the rest of the arab world) did lose two wars to get to this state. Maybe they should have tried winning instead.

So what did the evil "neo-zionists" do exactly? Execute these villagers and burn the place to the ground? 100 times? Do these people "re-spawn" back in the same place like a video game? Back to the same patch of sand where there the are "no water, electricity, infrastructure or sewage systems. The vast majority of these villages also lack basic state services such as schools and health clinics". Or maybe they are relocated to someplace where those services are available? Could that be it? Personally, I have some empathy for people in that position, but not if they are repeatedly engineering their own condition. And is this not their natural state? Isn't this the condition they were in BEFORE 1953? Sorry, try again.
