Thanks. I think we all knew these investigations were occurring and they take a long time to conclude. Then, they have to decide whether to prosecute and then they have to get a grand jury indictment.
I think trying to prove Trump planned and caused the riot is the hardest case to prove. Those being charged with seditious conspiracy had evidence of advanced planning and communication during the riot.
Yes, these are all we know of and it was only recently we learned of the long standing investigation into the documents theft. The Justice Department has been as circumspect as Trump is chest pounding and blabber mouthing.
What other investigations there are and have proved worthwhile we'll know about in due course. DOJ isn't going about this to make it all go away.
