Among US adults who have heard of QAnon, 41% of Republicans think it’s good or very good for the country. Only 7% of Democrats agree.

My guess is, many Republicans expect that when President Trump overthrows the cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophiles who run America, the people will be so impressed they will make him president for life. He could still have ego trips, er rallies, but he wouldn’t need elections, which would simplify matters for the GOP.
