and............is that a good or bad thing? Well most are beginning to understand that the over-playing of the 'race card' by the liberals/democrats/socialist/communists etc.etc. and so forth is not a good thing....in fact it is a very bad thing.

Scalia it appears to me is a racial realist he understands some of the problems in today's society that has come about because of pandering to the blacks etc.etc. and so forth.

Racism is a rather recent phenomenon to begin with....the term did not even exist until the 1930's......and the original definition of it found in The Oxford English Dictionary was altered circa. 1958 so that it could be used as a political tool by the leftists/revolutionarys, and activist race agitators.

The libtards would have you believe....would force you to believe if they could that all peeps are equal(in every respect) and that their i.q.'s are on par with all other groups---unfortunately the reality is quite different.

All of our social polices are base on the fallacy of blacks have equal intelligence which most people who have had much contact with them know is far from the truth.

What's ironic is liberal racial policies are based on the soft bigotry of low expectations vis a vis the black community. In other words, blacks can't make it without racial quotas and etc.

They fail to consider their own bigotry even as they go about smearing others with the term. To whatever extent people pay attention to them any more. They've succeeded quite well in trivializing the term 'racist' to where it's practically useless.
 
What Scalia said makes perfect sense. Libtards don't care about blacks. They just worry about their own feels. What does it matter to a libtard if a black kid gets into Harvard and fails out first semester when he would have done wonderfully at a community college. Nothing racist about that. The same logic applies to a white kid or a mexican kid etc.

But, the libtards like Deshtard only see color.
 
My only point about Affirmative Action is that George W. Bush was not admitted to the University of Texas, but was accepted to Harvard (His father was the head of the CIA at the time). By all accounts GWB did not do well at Harvard but was able to get a degree and graduate.

This served him well because he later was able to use his name to become President despite his limited intelligence.

Interesting considering Bush had better grades than John Kerry while at Harvard. Why would the Democrats nominate a man for President with limited intelligence and make him SOS?

1) I don't generally think that grades are a good indicator of intelligence.
2) I have never seen any indication that your claim about Kerry's grades v. Bush's grades is true.
3) Listening to the two men talk, and the ideas they express and the way they discuss them, I believe Kerry is much more intelligent than GWB. When talking off the cuff, Kerry is able to demonstrate a complexity and depth of knowledge on issues that I have never seen GWB illustrate a mastery of.

Ronald Reagan seriously fucked up when appointing this racist to the Court, its really a national embarrassment.

I am glad that racists are starting to come out of the closet so that they can be more easily be identified. I dont think Bush would have appointed him had he known about his racist ideologies.

Why is it, that whenever a racist is exposed these days, its a conservative?

Factors that have more affect on Grades than intelligence.

- Work Ethic
- lack of issues you find more important in your life
- Sharing a world view with the professor
- the professors knowledge that your family is powerful and influential
- Desire to get a good grade
- Need to demonstrate to the outside world ability
- Ability to kiss up
- willingness to fuck the professor
- willingness to cry in the professors office

I knew a guy in Law School who I never really liked or considered very smart.

He got the best grades every semester. After the final year's finals he explained to me that he would kiss up to the professor in the essay answer. (Law School exams are kept anonymous by use of a secret number, and generally consist of one or two essay questions) The professor never knew who the writer was, but he would included phrases such as, "As the learned Professor So and so said..." Or "Professor So and So's brilliant analysis of this issue would lead us to believe..." or even "The hansom Professor So and So, brilliantly explained to the class that..."

The brilliance of his method was that he could flirt with the Professor who was free to imagine that the essay was written by the best looking girl or guy in the class. It worked.

The rest of use were busy learning outlines of the subject matter or the 17 exceptions to the rule against perpetuities, while this guy simply kissed up during the exam.

Now the guy has a huge "law" practice making millions on the representation of thousands of traffic tickets weekly. That's all he does, advertise for traffic ticket clients and hire two bit attorneys to handle them.

I don't think anyone would argue that Bush 43 got into school based on merit. But, that is an issue that crosses political lines. Do you really think that Al Gore got on the board of Apple because of his technology knowledge? Do you really think Chelsea Clinton was given a show because of her ability? I know even you don't believe that.
