Insane Obama and Dems Climate Plan now to cost $2 TRILLION

what part of income taxes are you too dumb to understand?
the two types of taxes are different. And if you believe they're going to reduce payroll taxes, you're even dumber than you sound.

1) You're the only jackass harping about income taxes. I was talking about "taxes" generally, not income taxes.

2) And I'm not talking about reducing payroll taxes. I'm talking about a credit for payroll taxes paid. The payroll taxes still go to SS, but you get money back from the revenues raised from cap and trade. Not difficult.

3) It could also be done through expansion of the home heating assistance program.

Hey dungheap. take a look at the tax form next time. You get to reduce your taxable income by the amounts you paid to FICA.
I'm very aware of this stuff since I've paid double into FICA since I'm self employed.

And we are talking about a future program, which would not necessarily be constrained by present law.

there have been trillions in reparations in Obama's stimuls bill we don't need more in the cap gas freedom and trade bill.

it doesn't work that way you moron, and i pointed out why. My god, you're ignorant and stubborn.

So why increase the price? Business is just going to add the cost in if they need to "pollute" more CO2.

Consumers get stuck. You are an economic midget, so this conversation is pointless. Get an education
