Producer prices increased a blistering 10% for the year ending in February, according to a report Friday from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the highest on record.

The inflation rate in Tuesday’s producer price index report was up 0.2 percentage points from the previous month and is the highest in the gauge's 11-year history.
The news came just days after a report for the month of February found consumer prices increased by 7.9% — the fastest annual rate in four decades. The high rate of inflation has damaged President Joe Biden politically and undercut support for his spending proposals.

Brandon is driving this country into the ground

This is bad. :(As bad as I've ever seen it.
it's going to get worse with Russia limiting fertilizer exports.. wheat is already skyrocketing

Farmers worry if they'll break even as Russia's invasion pushes fertilizer costs higher

Fertilizer prices began to sharply increase last year because of supply chain problems and natural disasters shutting down some big plants. Prices rose so high that the Family Farm Action Alliance asked the Department of Justice to investigate, and the Iowa Attorney General announced his own inquiry.

Then Russia invaded Ukraine. Economic sanctions quickly followed, limiting Russia’s ability to export fertilizer and its raw ingredients. The country’s exports account for 18% of the world potash market, 20% of ammonia sales and 15% of urea. Plus a lot of the natural gas, the most expensive part of making nitrogen fertilizers, comes from Russia.

And while the U.S. doesn’t buy much fertilizer directly from Russia, other countries that do are now shopping among America’s suppliers.

“We always see shifts in prices for lots and lots of reasons, but this has been very dramatic in a very short period of time,” said Pat Westhoff, director of the Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute at the University of Missouri.

Westhoff said the timing of when farmers locked in their prices will be hugely important this year.

Farmers typically sign contracts to buy inputs like fertilizer and seeds for a certain price even though they take delivery months later. They also do the same with crops they grow, agreeing to a sale price sometimes before seeds are even in the ground.

“If you forward contracted your grain a while ago at much lower prices than we have now but didn’t arrange for your fertilizer supplies, you could be in really deep trouble right now,” Westhoff said.

Wheat, corn and soybean prices are also way up because of sanctions against Russia and the uncertainty of Ukraine’s production and its inability to export.

Wow, it's going to get bad. This is the perfect storm of shit to bring about end-time prophecies actually happening.

Ive been changing my diet away from grains and meats.
Big salad for dinner with boiled eggs for protein and some blueberries for antioxidant properties
Romaine lettuce has chlorophyl ( balances Ph to being more away from acidic)

Strawberrys and yogurt for breakfast, and high fiber toast. (6 grams for 2 slices)

Lunch is a fiber wrap and tuna fish,or maybe turkey ( more fiber - I found a wrap with oat fiber -soluable fiber)

red grapes for snacks (resveratrol reduces inflamation).
Burage oil is cheaper then Omega 3 - and not contaminated like a lot of fish oil
although I'll toss in an Omega 3 at times

No more blood pressure pills, I avoid statins. I on;y take stuff for my hypothyroid

I allow a piece of choc cake or pie or 2 cookie for late night snake along with lactose free milk
helps you sleep and gives a boost of vit d,, maybe a handful of raw nuts

My food bill has been staying the same -chick and beef prices dont effect me too much
I do buy a bag of low fat chick strips for a quick airfryer snack

I had a conversation with two friends of mine who manage a couple of big chain grocery stores where I live. They stated, matter of factly, that they've been told to hold back stock and keep prices high to continue a further divide of upper class and lower class citizens, driving the majority of middle classes in to the lower class. They said this is all in an attempt to institute a new order of ruling class elites vs. lower class subjects.
