Much of this is Bernie Sanders rhetoric and he can't even win the Democratic Primary, let alone the Presidency. So is he just the wrong messenger and someone like Biden can sell it better?

Corporations enjoying record profits in a healthy competitive economy would absorb these costs.

This board is an example of why this anti-corporation rhetoric won't work. How many posts do we see here praising God for Joe Biden when the stock market goes up? So all these folks celebrating their portfolios increasing are now going to hate corporations making profits?

And Reich forever complains about inequality yet never once talks about the Fed and their (easy money) policies being arguably the biggest driver of inequality. In fact he has written about the Fed needing to keep their easy money policies. And its these same policies that help drive the stock buybacks so many corporations employ. I don't get it.
