Could we be close to entering a new cold war? Russia and China are moving forward with re-arming there country by increasing defense budgets. Could this possible turn into Cold War 2?

Is it a good idea for the United States to move forward with dis-arment while involved in in the war in Afghanistan and former Cold War enemies are increasing budgets when they said they would try to dis-arm?

I would post links to the news but I am over 15 posts.

The US spends over four times as much on its military as Russia and China combined, is this a rerun of the Missile Gap canard of the late 1950s and early 1960s?

I suppose you need something to worry about. Personaly I am a little more concerned with the two hot wars we are already in.
