Illinoisans, you have no right to participate in the legislative process

The government of Illinois has, for the last half a century, continually oppressed it's citizens to the point where they now believe that NO, they do not have any rights to participate in the legislative process, nor have any idea what laws they must follow until they are being prosecuted for it.
