This is all illegals do. They live lives of crime and welfare and cost america trillions of dollars every year! They have used this car crash scam for decades and nothing was done about it.

may 19 2025 Illegal aliens are being recruited to join sophisticated criminal networks in the United States that stage accidents and injuries to get payouts through the nation’s personal injury system, House Republicans told Attorney General Pam Bondi.

In a letter led by Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA), the group of Republicans warned Bondi that personal injury fraud is a growing industry in the U.S. that requires immediate attention from the Department of Justice (DOJ).

“These fraudulent schemes pose serious risks to public safety, increase consumer costs, and raise insurance premiums for the motoring public,” the Republicans wrote. “According to the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, insurance fraud costs the U.S. $308 billion annually, with $45 billion attributable to property and casualty insurance fraud. More importantly, these activities put innocent motorists at risk of injury or even death.”

This is why you never let anyone yield the right of way to you. It's usually an illegal who will then slam into you and sue and win because "I had the right of way." Illegals are monsters.

I have had this attempted on me while driving, but so far, not been caught by it, yet.

Also, as pedestrians, they will way on the center aisle, on just at the cross walk, not move when the light turns to walk, but jump out in front of your vehicle to "Sit" on the hood, then roll off and feign great injury, as soon as you move forward on a green light. I always stay in the center lane if possible. I will skip a light, if an illegal is waiting by the cross walk, not crossing at a walk light, even if a whole line of cars are blowing their horns behind me. If I absolutely need to cross, I wait an ten count, blow my horn, and then just barely creep forward, if they are waiting at the cross walk.

My defensive driving pisses off some drivers, but I've had others give me a thumbs up or prayer hands sign, for being hyper cautious.

This scam isn't something new. Russian emigrees in the US were doing it decades ago. They'd get a car and have like 4 to 6 people in it. Then they'd find a good spot to pull the scam. They'd--sometimes with other cars in on it boxing the victim in--put their car in reverse and as hard and fast as they could "rear end" the car behind them.

All the people in the car, and if there were other cars involved as part of the scam, would all say the lone driver in the car smashed into was at fault. They'd all claim medical injuries and often had a doctor on the take as part of it too. They'd get huge settlements and then go out and do it again.

That would stop if illegals were not allowed to sue. Insane that we allow that.

Russia is a very corrupt country and even though it's white, i don't think we should take immigrants from it.
