Illegal aliens are not criminals

That has to be the most stupid argument ever. It's so stupid you can't even argue with someone that takes that position. They're unreasonable.

They lack reason, in case you need to have the big word defined for you.

So, it's pointless to argue with someone that stupid. No matter what arguments and proofs you provide, there is nothing that will sway a mind that thinks this way.

They just want to play the game about crossing the border illegally and overstaying a visa or something.....
They're grasping a straws like the pinheads they are rather than have a serious discussion about a very serious problem....
What can you expect from peckerheads?

The left's inability to discuss this intelligently and come to a workable solution, is one of the reasons that laws like this end up being passed.

If Obama and his open border buddies would have addressed this, like was promised in a campaign, we might not even be having this conversation.

AND GEE, all of a sudden there's a whole bunch of people that have suddenly decided to weigh in on the matter. Not that they have any solutions, they just want to make noise and give the appearance that they even care about this. :good4u:

While every crime violates the law, not every violation of the law counts as a crime; for example: breaches of contract and of other civil law may rank as "offences" or as "infractions". Crimes are generally considered offenses against the public or the state, distinguished from torts which are offenses against private parties that can give rise to a civil cause of action.

I have not heard one of you argue that illegal presence should be treated as a crime. You just want to use the label criminal to dehumanize illegal aliens. You think that shows you to be serious? I don't.

And again the distinction is important because the Arizona law gives police the power to make a warrantless arrest based on probable cause of a civil violation of the law. If you don't have your papers they can arrest you. I am sure they will be just as likely to incorrectly arrest a white person, though, right?

You're missing the entire point. There is implicit contract between citizens and government. One of those is to offer citizens the resource protection a border provided. Jobs are a resource for citizesns. When illegals come take them, they're stealing from citizens. The government is in neglect of it's contract to protect the nations resources for citizens.

You can try to make it about race, but that's just your dishonest hackery shining through.

Jaywalking is a crime, tinfoil and bravo jaywalk so they are criminals.
Tutu is too too afraid to jaywalk.

Im sure more immigrants are looking for a different crossing point. All the border states will do this.

The problems will be solved without the federal gov and it's attempts to destroy working americans.

assclown, what are their like 20,000,000 illegals. You tea baggers would be begging them to come back if they all picked up and left at once.
