Right.....mind your own business....
See a little girl getting wrestled into a car...just ignore it...it ain't your kid...
See a man drowning, just move on...
See a little old lady getting mugged....stay out of the way....
You don't want to become a "nazi".... just remain a pinhead

I don't think most people would just ignore those situations. It's the really inconsequential ones that tend to cause major problems. Like the guy taking pictures in a bus station, someone gets 'nervous' and calls the police, next thing you know this guy has 8 cops questioning the crap out of him and calling him a terrorist.
Its no big deal. I was working at a site next to Ft. Drum outside of Watertown NY a long time ago when I was approached by two MPs. Someone heard a gunshot- it was probably a random noise at the construction site- but someone called it in. They detained me until a commander got there with two more MPs and they asked to search my truck, a Ford Bronco. I gave them permission and they gave it a once over. I then showed them all the places in the truck that they had missed. The commander was trying hard to look like he was in charge but it had to be embarrassing for him.

I did my part to train our troops.the old 'nothing to hide, nothing to fear' canard. nice touch also with the embarrassment angle, to make it look like all good american subjects should be proactive in submitting to government agents and officials.![]()
