Biden is in the uncomfortable position of explaining how classified documents were found in a former office he had after he left the White House as vice president.

President Joe Biden needs to answer a question he asked last year of his predecessor*after the FBI discovered classified documents at Donald Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago.*

In a September interview on CBS News’ “60 Minutes,” Biden pondered how "that could possibly happen” and how “anyone could be that irresponsible.”*

In another interview,*Biden stressed the strict protocols he has in place governing sensitive documents. In regard to the daily briefing he receives, he said: “I read it; I lock it back up and give it to the military.”*

Now, Biden is in the uncomfortable position of explaining how classified documents were found in a former office he had after he left the White House as vice president.*

Biden attorneys found the documents Nov. 2 at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., an office he used ahead of his 2020 presidential campaign.*
Bad for thee, bad for me, too*

Apparently, the attorneys immediately turned over the “small number” of documents to the National Archives, where all departing administration officials are legally required to turn over presidential records when they leave office.*

The Justice Department is now reviewing the documents.*

Trump's classified documents: Democrats so badly want Trump to go away, but FBI's Mar-a-Lago search is helping him stay

While not on the same scale as the more than 100 classified and highly classified documents the FBI seized from Trump’s home in August, nor are the*situations the same, it still looks bad. Regardless of the number of documents, if you have classified material after leaving office, it’s either a big deal or it’s not.*
President Joe Biden arrives in Zumpango, Mexico, on Jan. 8, 2023.

And it will make it much more difficult for the Justice Department to bring charges against Trump without also conducting a*thorough investigation into what Biden did.*
A double standard?*

It’s hard to miss the double standard in how these two situations are being handled.*

While the FBI search of Trump’s home was huge news and well documented by the media months ahead of the midterm elections, the discovery of Biden’s classified documents just days before the election was kept mum by everyone involved.*

Republicans are taking notice. Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan, chair of the House Judiciary Committee, said the information about Biden*should have been made public much sooner.

“They knew about this a week before the election, maybe the American people should have known that,” Jordan said to reporters. "They certainly knew about the raid on Mar-a-Lago 91 days before this election, but (it would have been) nice if on November 2, the country would have known that there were classified documents at the Biden Center."

Now that the far left Democratic Socialist loons are throwing Biden under the bus, we can safely say that Slow Joe and his son, Cocaine Hunter are toast.

Okay...you can safely say that. We are still a democracy. So...say it. Yell it. Put it in writing. Have planes skywrite it.

Now what?

The Biden J/D knows full well that if they prosecute Trump, they will have to prosecute Biden.

I believe it’s called “between a rock and a hard place.”

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Unless the gander thinks it's a goose

Looking at both situations in a strictly logical manner…

If this is the rule derived from the Trump raid —-> If someone stashes secret documents then he is irresponsible.

And we apply it based on the facts we now know —-> Biden stashed secret documents …

There is only one logical conclusion applying the Law of Detachment.

Trump (with authority to declassify ANYTHING) was raided by DOZENS of heavily armed FBI/DOJ/Police agents for docs he had under lock and key, guarded by SS. Furthermore, numerous Trump associates were victims of this same heavy handed treatment, that has NOT been applied to any Democraps.

Biden had docs everywhere, accessible to who knows how many people, yet no raid, no FBI, DOJ, local police, etc.

There is a clear bias here, and it stinks to high heaven. Two tiered justice doesn't even begin to describe this fiasco.

We are currently living under tyranny.

Our deep state government is horribly corrupt, horribly criminal, and must not be allowed to continue.

Trump was not irresponsible. He was deliberately stealing a truckload of classified documents. He was treated in some ways, like any other thief, but in others, was treated with great deference. Trump and Biden were far different in the handling of documents. Biden's were sitting around for years. He was not selling the info to other countries. He did not know they were there. When they were found ,he followed legal protocols and immediately returned them.
