Then why did Rosenstein ignore the clear conflict of interest between Mueller and Comey? You can't walk ten feet in D.C. without bumping into three lawyers. Why pick Mueller, when Rosenstein had to know the conflict of interest was going to come up?

And again, if the case against Trump is so strong, why did Mueller feel compelled to stack the deck with lawyers that are Clinton donors?

Are they on a fishing expedition against Trump? Or are they just incompetent?
 
Special Prosecutors appointment were illegal under Congress after Ken Star for a reason.

Mueller is a 1 man unchecked power center. His whims determine where the investigation goes -nobody can check him

Plus, he's leaking. There is to be no discussion of info as they go along soooooo...he needs to be fired.

If there was collusion it would have been leaked months ago.

And by Mueller leaking that he's going on a fishing trip is a signal that he hasn't had any luck with collusion either.

What's bothersome is that none of the principals [Rosentein, Mueller and Comey] seem to care the least bit about the integrity of the investigation. Assuming, Trump is guilty of something any investigation should be beyond reproach---and this one isn't.

There is a straight up, flat out, no holds barred conflict of interest with Mueller and Comey. And Rosenstein has to know this[!].

It's so bloody apparent there's even a theory that Mueller knows 'there's no there, there', so when Trump is exonerated, democrats, the anti-Trump Rump and other Trump haters won't be able to question it, and the whole charade will finally be put to rest.

I was starting to subscribe to it until Mueller decided it was time to go fishing. I think if Trump can do it, he should step in and Deep Six the whole thing.

Or risk being railroaded out of office. Like they do to politicians who get in the way of the power structure in, you know, Russia.

Neither is donating money to a party or candidate in most cases. I posted a great Politico article on Trump's reasoning, it just won't fly, there is no legal conflict of interest.
