If the wall is an emergency, why now and not a year ago? Six months ago? 18 months ago?
 
If Trump tried declaring a national emergency to get the wall built, his ass would be impeached and removed before the cherry blossoms bloomed. Obama was bad enough with his executive orders, but even the GOP will not cotton to a President going that far to bypass the Congress.
