NEW ORLEANS — The man accused of driving a truck into a Mardi Gras parade crowd, injuring 28 people, had a blood-alcohol level almost three times the legal limit, New Orleans police said Sunday.

Neilson Rizzuto, 25, has been charged with two counts of first-degree vehicular negligence resulting in injury, and one count each of reckless operation and hit-and-run driving. He may face more charges, police said.

Rizzuto had a blood-alcohol level .232%, police said Sunday. Officers used a breathalyzer to determine his blood-alcohol level, New Orleans Police Public Information Officer Ambria Washington said.

Which is worse sook? The Tsarnaev brothers killing six with a bomb or Dylan Roof killing nine with a gun? Syed Farook killing 14 with a gun or James Holmes killing 24 with a gun?

I'm going to go with Roof and Holmes, because the Tsarnaevs and Farook are supposed to be killing people.
 
Friction amongst fools can be very entertaining. They appear to show mutual sympathy for each other's lightweight lobes.

It would be difficult to see how you could have a country with half its citizens in the EU and half out. I am sure after Brexit is out of the way there will be another referendum on unification, although I can tell you now that the answer will be a resounding no.

The trouble is many Americans are wedded to the belief that Northern Ireland is being oppressed and enslaved by the dastardly Brits. It is a deep rooted belief that is seemingly unshakeable and untroubled by the facts.
