DOJ Special Counsel, Robert Hur, released a large (300+ -page) report on the 8th of this month that can be neatly and accurately summarised as follow...


We have enough solid evidence press criminal charges against President Biden for his role in illegally mishandling Classified government Documents.



But we are not going to charge Biden with any offences relating to his mishandling of these documents.



That is because while interviewing him at length my team and I came to the conclusion that President Biden is "non compos mentis"



"Non compos mentis" is a Latin phrase that is used in the legal world, where it means; "not of sound mind" or "insane."



If a Judge deems a defendent to be "non compos mentis", it means he is too bat-shit crazy to face trial because he is too mentally disabled to meaningfully defend himself.



Biden obviously has conspicuous symptoms of advanced dementia: his memory is shot (along with all of the other higher cognitive functions,e.g. problem-solving, judgement, he cannot speak coherently unless he is dosed to the eyeballs with "speed"; he walks around disoriented with a look on his face like a "stunned mullet", he has the cognitive tempo of a garden slug that smokes weed; he is pretty much in a permanent state of confusion; he doesn't know where his actually is in space or time, he throws temper tantrums during which he has, on occasion, launched disgraceful insults at members of the public. Biden is like an 81 year old with severe Down's Syndrome.



Robert Hur is correct, Biden is "not of sound mind," and this has nothing to do with his age. Biden's problem is that he has pronounced dementia. This dementia, BTW, is the result of the fact he suffered a ruptured aneurysm in 1986; and underwent a craniotomy procedure to have the ruptured aneurysm and another aneurysm surgically clipped.



I think Robert Hur's report could well be the "coup de grace" for Biden the flailing boob.

WHY?

Because I don't think the leftist-MSM and the Democrat Party tricksters will be able to successfully "spin" their way off this particular "sticky wicket" without dumping Biden quick smart !!!

IF the DOJ says he is unfit to charge then how in the hell is he fit for office? This is a double-edged sword that is going to cut very deep.
