I thank God for this election

Because, if there was ever any naïve doubt regarding the true mentality, personality, ethics, motives and unbalanced degenerate behavior of the left, those doubts have up and disappeared like a fart in the wind.
Thank God we finally have a true, clear cut and accurately diagnosed divide between men and pajama boys. No more attempt at phony blurred lines or lukewarm non-positional stances. It's hot or it's cold now and plain for those with eyes to see.

For years it's always been the right who must ("for the sake of unity") give in, be quiet and compromise to make the whiners shut up. So, we all end up with a putrid, lukewarm mess for a government run by emotions and feelings instead of a strong Constitutional one that is of, by and for the people.

Finally, we see clear-cut stances and yes...division. It's impossible to make decisions and choices if there are no glaring, distinctive differences between that which we have to choose from. There is nothing appealing or respectable about a generation of self-centered, spoiled, selfish, whiny, vulgar, immature, mean-spirited brats whether they 4 or 40 years old.

Vive la difference!

With all due, give me a fucking break.

Did you guys really forget the last 8 years? The birther movement? Obama is a Muslim? Willful obstruction in Congress?

What do you define as "whining" exactly? And when was the right ever "quiet," and when did they "compromise?"

You guys are a trip. No self-awareness whatsoever.

God has bigger fish to fry than government IMO.
But I do give America credit for getting off its duff and fixing it's mistakes.

The reason I'm happy about the election is that Trump is going to define the GOP for many years.

Think about that one.

Exactly.

They will wear his stink like his cheap cologne.

Slump Stink. It never comes off.

this is an interesting POV. seriously. If one takes time to consider what kind of candidate BOTH parties selected as their 'future', they both should be royally screwed. I like that and I hope it gets worse for both parties in 4 years and longer.

You'd like to see Rome burn. Am I right on that?

actually, you are. you have a more liberal bent than most, like Socrates and winterborn do, but you're libertarian.

Desh is referring to when I said my views aligned more to Libertarians than the 2 major parties. But I still don't consider myself a Libertarian. I don't consider myself a Democrat, either (and certainly not a Republican).
