To be fair, though, SF, haven't you criticized him for not fulfilling this promise? Regardless of the fact that doing it now would be pandering, it would still be getting the job done that many people hoped he would perform. Of course, its a stupid job in the first place...

I personally believe GITMO should remain open. That said, I have pointed to this as one of the many things Obama has failed to do that he said he would. I also find it funny that he seems to believe that all the problems he faced the last time they 'looked into closing GITMO' are somehow not still there.
