Thanks for providing the law that Trump has broken repeatedly by slandering judges, prosecutors and juries.

In the case of a report by a special counsel, there is always an opportunity to comment on and dispute parts of the document before it is finalized. That isn't obstruction. The Trump WH was able to dispute the Mueller report before it was finalized.
