Company announces they're going to ship jobs overseas and scrap a factory? Seize the factory from them and continue on production regardless. We don't need these middlemen, these business parasites. We should seize control of the means of production.
 
The American abandoned property act - any factory abandoned by a company moved overseas is immediately seized, without compensation, and given to the workers of said factory.
