Birthright needs updating.
Senate off popular vote, repeal that.
On welfare, no vote. Update from the original land owner requirement.
Clarify what is already clear, establishment clause to eliminate all the foolishness done referencing it.

I don't agree with the welfare idea; because we have a lot of Military and retired people, who are on (using) welfare.

I would also like to see something that makes our "representatives" use the same guidelines that they impose on the voters; ie: the ACA.

Also remove this life time "benefit" crap, for someone who only serves 1 term.
