Too much. Just did another apartment that had an electrical fire. Could tell it was most likely illegals that did the last work there, lots of electrical tape. Everything was screwed up. In replacing 20 receptacles I found another that had had a small electrical fire too, one that disintegrated in my hand due to over torqueing of the screws in it, one wired backwards, and none of the switched receptacles done correctly.
The wiring was aluminum and there was no anti-oxidant on anything like is required by Code.
A small anecdote, but one that sums up using illegals for anything more complex than basic labor.
