Good chance America will end 2017 with Obamacare intact, no new tax plan, no tax cuts for the rich, no spending cuts tied to the debt ceiling, credibility of the Executive branch minimal, no border wall, and the President, to actually accomplish anything, having to come to the Democrats to attain success
