It's called "nullification" it's what the current house GOP's current political strategy is. They want to co-opt the federal government in favor of the States using gridlock as a vehicle.1) I think it's great the party is having this 'debate' or whatever you want to call it. Maybe a real leader will come out of this.
2) I do not understand the repeated attempts to defund Obamacare. I get and agree with doing it a couple of times. After that what point are they proving? It's obviously not going to happen with the current make up of the government and do they think they are winning people over to their side by doing this? I don't see it.
