How com Putin's puppet wants to start an arms race?

he doesn't..it's a no win for him either way,and a no win for us budget if we do...
don't take anything seriously unless/until the meet and put out joint statements..

a lot of this is for domestic consumption(s)...it's still bad new, but that's all it is

How so? The Russian economy is barely afloat now; their military is spread thin, and they want an arms race with the US? Makes no sense whatsoever. They lost their miserable empire the last time they tried that---and Putin was around when it happened.

I think the Russians are blowing smoke.

Maybe Trump is trolling them lol. Wouldn't surprise me a bit.
