Although it's true that some guns did go to Mexico as a result of ATF mismanagement, are you sure that's the reason for the Mexican murder rate?
You should ask Clinton, she told me it was. Are you calling her a liar?
And it wasn't "mismanagement", it was a policy. Apparently it was supposed to allow them to "figure out who the bad guys are"...
Some border patrol agents were killed by guns that went across the border because of this policy. And it doesn't stop at the ATF...

It's tongue in cheek, based on something somebody in the current administration said. You may not be able to follow that path, so I pointed it out for you then made another sarcastic remark.
