Honestly, Trump makes everyone else in my lifetime look amazing.
I certainly disagreed w/ both Bush's. I was more supportive of Clinton & Obama (and voted for both), but had issues w/ each of their Presidencies.
But they ALL understood the gravity of the office, and knew the "101" of how to take a crisis seriously and give assurance to the American public. Trump has possibly the worst crisis that any have had to deal with - a pandemic - and he has turned it into a comedy routine for his rallies.

Bernie, Tulsi, Yang, or Warren all would have been better. Now I'm not a selfish grandstander, so I'm not going to say "bErNiE oR bUsT!" I'll vote for Biden because he's the better choice. But he's still not a good one at all.

Biden has never given me any reason to dislike him or vote against him. Hillary never did anything to give me reason to not like her or vote against her either.
If I were convinced that the Vocal/Voting Majority wanted all the things that Bernie or Lizzy wanted- I would have went with them.
But I knew that the Voting/Vocal majority of people in this country did not want all the things that BERNIE AND LIZZY wanted to do!
It doesn't mean I dislike them, it just means I chose someone who the Voting/Vocal majority wants!
I am proud to say, that I have pretty much always wanted what the Vocal/Voting majority wanted.
It's not my fault that our voting process does not always allow what a Voting/Vocal majority wants.
BUT, AT LEAST, THE NOMINATION PROCESS STILL DOES!

I think most Americans do want what Bernie wants. In every survey done, Biden supporters always gave "electability" as the main reason they support Biden. They didn't care about his policies, they cared about defeating Trump. And most American do agree with Bernie on the issues, such as Medicare for All, even if they didn't vote for him because they were tricked into thinking he couldn't beat Trump.
America is a liberal country. Even Americans who identify as conservative actually do agree with the Left when it comes to most issues.

I don't think that this election will be about Baden's ability to lead. However with his past experience, it should be a given. I think people will be voting against trump as much as they will be, for Biden.

How could any normal human being not like Bernie? Bernie has been a great legislator and partner with the Democrat party for his entire career. Right now Bernie is working harder than ever to insure that we win in November. There is just no way that I can say enough about what an asset to America Bernie Sanders is. Allow me to just say that Bernie has always been and will always be a National Treasure!

TBH, It's the "Democratic Socialist" label. It's stupid, but Americans are terrified of people who call themselves Socialist, even when they're not actually pushing for socialist policies. Bernie isn't a Socialist, he doesn't believe in collective ownership. But it's a scary word and that's all it takes. Then you have some Americans who aren't afraid of the word, but still wouldn't vote for Bernie because they think a person with that label couldn't beat Trump.
Bernie really should have called himself a Social Democrat or even a Nordic Capitalist.

No President is perfect, but some do a far better job than others. I hated Obama’s use of drone. Clinton was indeed slick Willie.
