Stoked by former President Donald J. Trump, congressional Republicans have been trying to undermine the bureau’s legitimacy with the public.

Republicans bombarded Christopher A. Wray, the F.B.I. director, on Wednesday with criticisms about his role in investigating former President Donald J. Trump, efforts to address extremist violence and the bureau’s electronic surveillance practices during a contentious House Judiciary Committee hearing.

Committee Republicans, led by the chairman, Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio, treated Mr. Wray as if he were a hostile witness — repeatedly interrupting his attempts to answer their rapid-fire queries with shouted rebuttals. Most sought to portray the nation’s premier law enforcement agency, and Mr. Wray, who was appointed by President Donald J. Trump, as a political tool of the Democrats.

Wray has a lot of 'splaining to do.

Probably should be hanged for traitorism.

These people that want to do America in and think they're untouchable will not stop unless/until they start getting being found hanged from here and there.

Even then, perhaps the hanging is the only thing to stop them.

Wray is a conservative.

But FBI agents and officials have to swear to being A-political in their positions with the FBI.

If they use bias in any way, or even accused of it, they are immediately turned over to the Inspector General.

So I cannot wait to hear the Inspector General be called into Congress again to have to explain this to the TRUMPTARDED IDIOTS!

Because he is about to loose his patience with these idiots who keep trying to politicize the FBI's work.

The lawsuits are about ready to fly now! The FBI is about ready to sue these idiots for their intentional lying and accusations without any proof, and possibly start filing indictments!
 
The FBI should not only be criticized, it should be disbanded, they have betrayed the Constitution and the people, they are illegal and illegitimate.

All the Democrats did was show hate for Trump they protected the fact Biden and Garland and wray have weaponized the FBI to help Democrats to win elections

Wray like Comey is working for thew Democrats
 
Wray is a lifetime Repub and was appointed to high positions by Repubs. This is about him not being Trumpy enough. He simply did his job as any other honest FBI leader would have. The rightys were squeaking about the laptop. They were saying Trump's theft of a truckload of classified documents is fine and he is being mistreated.
Wray was attacked by rightys whose real job was to protect Trump. They will turn on their own to protect thief in chief.
This hearing was the insane right wing clown posse selling what remains of their souls to try and protect Trump.
It was a shameful exhibition of right-wing anti-democracy in action.
