HIV testing coming for eveyone 15 to 65 ?

Barack Obama issued an executive order on July 16, 2013 titled “HIV Care Continuum Initiative” which he claims will be a national movement and federal involvement in the war on HIV/AIDS. According to the executive order, recommendations are that HIV testing be administered for “all individuals ages 15 to 65 years” and this will be overseen by the US Preventative Services Task Force, coordinating with, you guessed it, criminal Kathleen Sebelius’ Department of Health and Human Services.

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force now recommends that clinicians screen all individuals ages 15 to 65 years for HIV, and the Department of Health and Human Services Guidelines for Use of Antiretroviral Agents now recommends offering treatment to all adolescents and adults diagnosed with HIV.

It's a recommendation, no one's going to get forced to have a test.

I sure hope anyone who is sexually active with more than one partner is getting tested at their physicals anyway.

Why if they are using condoms they are 100% protected from HIV, Herpes, Chlamyida, Pregnancy, Asteroids and global warming
 
The only way everyone will be forced to have HIV tests is if republicans own a testing company and see a way to get rich off of it...

you know, like in Florida where Scott mandated drug testing for welfare recipients and - shock! - he just happens to have been involved in the past with a drug testing company.
 
Yeah, suggesting that you have an HIV test is a bunch of Nazi bullshit! But, forcing a woman to have a transvaginal ultrasound is about freedom.
