The Los Angeles Times reports, “Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner’s office, said Buck was inside the Laurel Avenue home at the time of Moore’s death and that drug paraphernalia was recovered from the scene.”
“Buck would supply heroin, meth and other drugs to him to smoke or use with a needle.”
“Buck would pleasure himself at the sight.”
Moore was African-American, and Buck is a prominent white Democrat donor wielding political influence in Los Angeles County.
Buck donated to Hillary Clinton. According to campaign finance records, through June of 2017, Buck donated $23,600, the Los Angeles Times reports.
