Some states still have these laws on the books for "historic" purposes. The reality is, until very recently (from a historic perspective) people could be arrested just for participating in a bit of gayness...

The laws were written against all sodomy, but they were used almost exclusively to prosecute gays. Just another lie, nother bit of hypocrisy, and another piece of evidence of the bigotry of you and your ilk.
If it were really about sodomy, they would have prosecuted gays and straights alike.
