Here's a wikileaks email you're not hearing about from Trump or anyone else

The referenced email is a part of one of the many WikiLeaked email dumps we have been seeing over the past few months. In the email exchange, Clinton inquires about a young Yemeni girl she met at an awards show. She wanted to follow up with the girl.

Do you recall Noori Ali(?), the ten year old Yemeni girl who got herself divorced? I met her at the Glamour awards last year. There was a CNN story last few days about how unhappy she is, still living at home, not attending school and quite angry that her life is not better. Is there any way we can help her? Could we get her to the US for counselling and education?

The girl she was wondering about was Nujood Ali, who had had become the first child bride to be granted a divorce. The exchange between Clinton and Melanie Verveer, the first United States Ambaador-at-Large for Global Women’s Issues at the U.S. State Department, is short.

Yes, I read the story yesterday and have been in touch with Glamour and our post. I think her family needs to be compensated in some way because they raise feeding her and transportation as expenses they can't meet in order to send her to school.

I hope there's something we can do. Let's discuss soon.

It’s nice to know that we might learn something more about these emails than which server they were on.

So thats 7 long years ago.....what was done for the girl and how was Hillary Clinton involved, ...otherwise, what do we get from this email ?

U.S. women's magazine Glamour designated Nujood Ali and her lawyer Shada Nasser as Women of the year and set up a fund for young girls of Yemen....

In 2008, both Nujood Ali and Shada Nasser became global icons when they were awarded Glamour Magazine’s Women of the Year Award. Condoleezza Rice was excited to meet Nujood, stating that she “was going to be a great inspiration.”[SUP][20][/SUP] The publicity and recognition Nujood received via the award inspired people all over the world to donate money to a scholarship that paid for Nujood’s education, as well as the Glamour fund which later formed the GWCC. Nujood has written a book about her experience, entitled I Am Nujood, Age 10 and Divorced, which became an instant best-seller in France, where it was published. She is currently enrolled in a private school in Yemen thanks to generous donations.

All the emails are old, dummy. You never commented on the old ones that were critical but you immediately jumped on this one that was flattering. How do you know there aren't many more like this that we haven't seen?

Sorry about that, old or new, this email is meaningless if she did nothing positive to help this child....words are cheap....

I know you're desperate to find something positive about her and show her in a good light.....good luck with that job.

I see Rice was mentioned meeting at the awards show, I wonder how Hillary got overlooked....
