Just got off the FFL Network cnf call. For those that don't know what that is.......
FFL is Federal Firearms License. Us FFL's we have a cnf call once a month about the industry and whats happening.
Here is what will happen rather quickly as far as our 2nd Amendment Rights and Trump/Congress.
1. Silencers will not require a Fed Tax Stamp. In other words silencers will be legal and require no background check nothing for all civilians again..
This bill is called the Hearing Protection Act. It will sail through and be signed immediately.
2. National Concealed Carry Reciprocity. It will be reality in 2017. Anyone possessing a Concealed Carry Permit in their home state can legally carry in all 50 States. There are three different national reciprocity bills floating around the House, 923, 986, and 402. H.R. 986 is particularly interesting because it contains legal protection and penalties aimed squarely at states (can you hear me New York, California, Connecticut and especially New Jersey?) that choose to ignore the intent of this law. If you get hassled illegally, you may be entitled to attorney’s fees and damages.
3. Trump will basically abolish damn near all Obama's Executive Orders such as banning all ammunition and firearms from Russia and China. Can you say hello to cheap AK-47's.

so... a concealed carry permit is the formal submission/ consent license. the damned want the people to willingly submit to an unlawful "permitting" process. it is your implied consent form. by submitting to this infringement, the door is open to deny people cc permits for any and no good reason at all. suckers. it seems good as long as people are easily "allowed" to receive "permits"; it will be bad when another administration like barack's starts revoking and denying any new permits. the permit process is unlawful and will lead to "lawful" confiscation because the people have given implied consent through the permitting scam. I hope lawfulness will be restored in this land. the chains of global citizenship suck.

I've been meaning to get a gun for a long time, but I travel a lot. I had a friend that got robbed in florida a couple months ago. Wish I could have been there to shoot them dead. Can't wait to conceal carry.

Cool. 300+ million guns isn't enough. We need more. That will certainly take us from #1 in gun violence to maybe #2

Yup. I had to get rid of one of mine. It was going out all by itself and shooting. It was one of them liberal defective guns that didnt actually need a criminal or anything.
"Gun Violence" is a myth. Just like "Assault Weapon" (no such thing)......look at the prosecutions of say Chicago for criminals with guns. Slap on the wrist and back on the streets they go. You should be outraged at the non-prosecution of criminals who use the gun as the tool in their crimes. Blame the tool and coddle the criminal because he didn't have privileged or some such horseshit.
